This document describe the reasons that led the group to choosing the C5 documents. You will also find descriptions of all other specifications and the reasons that prompted the group to discard them.

Project Standards

This document defines the internal rules that members must TheFellowshipOfTheCode follow in the performance of the QuizziPedia tender documents . This document will define the rules concerning:

• The definition of roles and the identification of their duties;
• The working mode during the various phases of the project;
• The procedure for preparing the documents and conventions used;
• The definition of development environments;
• The organization of communication and cooperation.

Quality Plan

The purpose of this document is to illustrate the validation and verification strategies that the TheFellowshipOfTheCode group decided to take to achieve the performance targets set on the product to be developed.

Project Plan

The project charter lays out the major milestones and the project plan defines the detailed schedule, budget, resources, risks, assumptions, and roles & responsibilities for all stakeholders. Project plans basically define who does what by when and is one of the most important project management tools to any project. Keeping the project on track is important to keeping the project on budget.

Requirements Analysis

The document defines the use cases and product requirements that emerged during the study C5 specifications and from meetings with Zucchetti S.P.A.

Detailed Design

This document has the purpose to define in detail the structure and operation of the QuizziPedia components of the project .
